OUR COMMITMENT
We will secure each Referring Partner a fee that is equal to ours and payable at closing.
Fees are typically included in the loan proceeds at closing and range from 1-5 points depending on the loan amount, lender's stipulations, and other factors.
We will never contact your clients without your prior consent or involvement.

INSTITUTIONS
In order to be a part of the Vicsar Global Finance LLC Lender Network your company must meet the following minimum criteria:

Have maintained an A-rating with the BBB for a minimum of 5 years for USA Lenders.

Provide 5 verifiable references of loans closed within the last 2 years.
