Stack Financing Real Estate 

Loans for any project that involves Real Estate in some way including Construction, Rehab, Re-Development, etc.

ARRANGER'S FEE:

Borrower pays due diligence and underwriting costs prior to funding.  Amount is very case-by-case.  Typical standard loan underwriting costs (appraisals, feasibility studies, etc.) can be around $20,000 - $50,000 USD. 

Upfront Refundable Retainer Fee of $3,500 - $5,000 in most cases*

   solution. This source is A+ rated with the BBB for over 20 years.  Their retainer is 100% refundable if
